Our team partnered with a heavy-duty transport operator to design strategic roadmaps that integrate emission reduction considerations, cost modeling, and future technology scenarios in the hydrogen mobility market. Our analysis assessed trailer operations and transport flows to identify efficiency opportunities and align fleet transition with emerging hydrogen production and offtake initiatives. By benchmarking against global sustainability standards and modeling future cost trajectories, we provided a roadmap that balances operational performance with long-term decarbonization goals. The result was a clear, actionable strategy enabling the client to position itself as a first mover in sustainable hydrogen-based logistics.

This project was developed as a pre-FID TEA intelligence case study on DecarbIQ platform for a Gulf Coast blue ammonia project. It combines a live M&A balance engine with a sensitivity framework, allowing project developers to stress-test the full cost stack against real market signals as they emerge. The permitting layer tracks impacts on CCS infrastructure access, translating regulatory risk directly into project NPV and LCOA. On the go-to-market side, the tool maps competing supply dynamics, and emerging market demand against the project's cost position, giving developers a structured view of which market entry scenarios are viable under which combinations of policy, capital markets, and infrastructure conditions.

Our team supported a renewable energy developer in capturing hyperscale data center demand through a tailored strategic framework. Our approach identified regional demand drivers, benchmarked the client’s sites, and defined a differentiated positioning focused on renewable integration, grid resilience, and scalability. Our team conducted a detailed cost and emissions analysis for decarbonization technologies in hard-to-abate industries. The project assessed cement and steel production alongside carbon capture and storage (CCS) at natural gas power plants. Using cost modeling, emission reduction factor analysis, technology readiness assessments, and scenario planning, we quantified the relative impact and feasibility of each pathway. This enabled a comparison of abatement costs per ton of CO₂ reduced and their alignment with global sustainability targets.
